Lovette Mba is a Junior Business Management major at Langston University. Lovette is also the co-founder and President of the African Student Association. Born to Nigerian immigrant parents, the idea of community was engraved into her mind before she could speak. Over time, Lovette’s passion for community development has matured and become more defined. Her dream is now to develop commercial real estate to connect communities of color to opportunities that will grow them economically while providing a way for culture to shine through the arts. As an OKGIT Student Ambassador, she hopes to learn more about communities around the world and how she can develop them economically to reflect the area’s authentic culture.
