Tugba Sevin is an Associate Professor in the Department of Language and Literature at Southwestern Oklahoma State University where she teaches courses in Spanish and Italian language and literature. She also serves as the World Languages Coordinator. She has over 22 years of experience teaching languages. She received her Ph.D. degree in the Department of Spanish and Portuguese at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. She has presented in many national and international conferences. Dr. Sevin has been invited as a keynote speaker at various lectures and workshops across the world. She has published extensively on Spanish Literature, Culture, Identity and Teaching Methodologies. Dr. Sevin’s research focuses on Hispanic Literature, Mediterranean Studies, Cultural Studies, and E-Learning.
